Returns Policy

Topcat Healthcare strive to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.  We are always looking at ways to improve our service and assist with our clients needs.  As we endeavor to meet our service standards, we also know that from time to time products may need to be returned. With this in mind, Topcat Healthcare has a 30 – day return policy from date of delivery. 

All items eligible for a return or exchange must follow these guidelines;

  • Products must be in their original condition – no signs of being opened or used.  If the tamper seal is broken no return will be given. Products must be in a re-sellable condition
  • If you have purchased a carton, individual packets from that opened carton cannot be returned.
  • The product is a stocked item and has not been specially ordered at the time of purchase
  • Faulty items will require a photo and assessed by our team
  • Return must be within 30-days of the delivery date
  • A restocking fee of 25% will be charged
  • Customer is responsible for return/postage of return items

Special order products for all Continence Underwear, Clothing and Swimwear are non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • Our team will confirm if a return will be accepted before returning products.
  • NB: Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once accepted and the product is received, Topcat will inspect the item and notify you whether your product meets our return requirements as above.  At this point a product exchange will be discussed or a credit note will be provided.
