Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us at orders@topcattreasure.com.au if you have any concerns about your order. 

Please make your selection carefully as for health & safety reasons, Topcat is unable to accept returns of medical goods that have been washed, worn, opened or used, or for any goods specifically ordered to fill your order, unless you are entitled to do so under applicable legislation.

If there is a manufacturing fault with any goods received, please contact us immediately to arrange either an exchange or credit (delivery fees inclusive).

If you have changed your mind, or made the wrong decision, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to organise a credit, less a restocking fee of 10% of the value the products returned excluding freight or delivery costs. The return of the goods and any associated shipping expenses, is your responsibility.

No refund, exchange, or credit, will be given unless prior arrangement with Topcat.
